IF YOUR STUDENT IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN AN AISD SCHOOL visit your Parent Cloud account at my.austinisd.org and click on the Student Registration tile to register your student online. *If you have had a recent change of address you must submit proof of residency to your current campus this 2016-2017 school year. Please note that additional documentation may be requested by campus in order to complete enrollment.*

RETURNING STUDENTS: For parents registering students returning to AISD, a Parent Cloud account must be created before you can access the Online Registration system. To create a Parent Cloud account, visit my.austinisd.org.

Note: Only Parent/Guardian contacts are able to use the online registration system. If you have any questions or need assistance with Parent Cloud or Online Registration, please contact your student’s campus or call Parent Technology Support at 512-414-9187.

NEW STUDENTS: For parents registering students new to AISD, a Parent Cloud account must be created before you can access the Online Registration system. Once you have completed the online portion please contact the Registrar, Diane Ewing 512-841-6710 to set up an appointment to complete the registration process and receive a choice sheet for your student.

Parents registering students new to AISD will need to provide the following documentation at the child’s campus:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Child’s Social Security Card (optional)
  • Child’s immunization records
  • Child’s withdrawal form/last report card (if applicable)
  • Parent’s Photo ID
  • Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
  • Proof of residency; current utility bill (gas or electric), mortgage statement or lease agreement.
